A little trip to penang .

So, it was during the holidays and it was our semester break after semester 1 and so called modular courses .
I went to penang with my whole family and my cousins and all my relatives . So this blog is gonna be about the cool stuff we saw there.
(This is the line for a nasi kandar shop)

So for our first adventure my dad told that he ate at this nasi kandar years ago in penang , so he wanted to take us all there to try it out . So as we got there the line was massive and really long ... so we waited and waited until eventually we were at the front of the line . So we at the nasi kandar shop and it is called Deens Maju . I suggest you guys go and try it out , it was really good ......

                                 (Dragon dance )

So at night we wanted to go to another shop my dad ate years ago , but on the way we stumbled upon a parade , I personally never saw a parade so this was my first time , in the parade they had dragon dances with multiple dragons , lion dances with multiple lions and drums and performances on trucks , and at the back of it all there were tons of  cars honking Ahhahahahah... well there was this one interesting thing I saw in the parade and I have never seen such a performance before ,
                       ( performance in the parade)

So this performance was done by a group of men with a huge and extremely tall and flag pole with a huge flag . So what they did was they were balancing the flag pole on their shoulders and were passing it to each other by bouncing it off of each others shoulders , and a select few were trying to balance in on their head , one guy would toss it and another would try and catch it and balance it on his head , it was truly a wonderful act and when they lost balance of the pole , they would have to run with the pole to get it balanced again .

                 (Left-handed Char koay teow)
So after the parade, we finally reached our destination that is the famous Left-handed  Char Koay Teow , so this man has a couple of gas stoves attached to a motorcycle and he cooks char koay teow on it , he is especially famous for his huge flames when cooking , so he is a left hander , thus the name left handed . But when he cooks the flames reach above his head , giving the "Char" Koay toew the umphh. I recommend you guys to go and try it out it is really really good .. thank you for reading my blog . Have a nice life .
