overthinking

I hate nights because it will trigger my emotions.
I hate lonely time as it will trigger my emotions.
I hate emotions as it will give me two choices, be mad with myself or give up with life.

People always come during the crucial point, they won't come from the start until the end of the give up phase.
Why they always come on the crucial point? Why don't they just save me from the start? idk.
