1. Mix Fruit Ais
Jalan Carey, Ipoh is quite well known for its long lane of stalls. Most importantly, this road is famous for Mix Fruit ice! What is this? It's like a special upgrade to your normal ice kacang. They add fruits in it that gives this treat so much goodness of flavour. Some fruits I had in mine were watermelon, lychee, manggo, jackfruit, and dragonfruit. This also comes with a scoop of ice cream. I had yam flavoured ice cream. Last time I came here, I got corn ice cream. Both were so good. This is how it looks like!

2. Chicken Rice @ Ayam Lou Wong
The next day for lunch, we went for chicken rice. We were driving around a china town like area and it looked very busy. We so many people lining up in different shops for different things. We spotted a chicken rice store that looked very well known so we parked and went inside to eat. We ordered both steam and roasted chicken, along with 4 plates of rice. The food came extremely quick. The chicken was very tender and well cooked. The chicken soup was thick and not watered down. Highly recommend this chicken rice stall for a quick and delicious meal. The workers were all very friendly and helpful as well.

3. Perak Cave Temple
Perak Cave Temple located is at jalan kuala kangsar. The temple was beautifully painted inside the cave. It was a very homely felling. The temple has a climbing route of steps going up the cave. This is open till 4pm daily. The steps will take you through a the cave and up where a view of Ipoh can be seen. There is a Pagoda and statue of Indra up there. It was a very relaxing place. It was going to rain heavily so about 4.50pm we left the temple.

4. Weil Hotel
We stayed in Weil Hotel. The hotel is right beside Ipoh Parade mall and it was very fancy. When we arrived, the lobby was so full of guests we had to wait in such a long line just to check in. Quite a prestige hotel especially known for their infinity rooftop pool. a must visit and stay for a leisure holiday!
