Egg tarts is a sweet egg custard tart that will just melt in your mouth at first bite. This is a Cantonese cuisine and is deprived from the Portuguese pastel de nata. There is a crispy pastry on the outside and a creamy egg custard filling it. These egg tarts can be found in nearly all dim sum stalls, and they usually make the best egg tarts!

This dessert of a french based one. It consists of a pastry puff filled with cream and all stacked like a mountain with caramel. Croquembouche is then secured with threads of caramel all over forming this pile of sweets! This treat is hard to find in Malaysia but if you find out a bakery that makes these, you MUST get them for your birthday or order for events! It will make the crowd go crazy!!
