A bright sunny day it was. Mila, my sister, was walking just in front of me as we were on our way to the school for our drama class. The wind blew her long dark luscious hair at my face. I could smell her shampoo. Tall trees, which were lined up on either side of the sidewalk, brought some shade for us. It rained for a while early this morning. The smell of fresh mud filled the air.
"Gosh, I shouldn't have worn these skinny jeans! It's so uncomfortable and itchy!" I thought to myself, instantly regretting my closet choice.
The streets were empty and quiet. I only saw about 4 cars passing by. One caught my attention. A man all suited up with dark sunglasses drove a Shelby Cobra. A SHELBY COBRA!!! I've never seen cars like that roaming around this area. All the cars here are basic, middle-class working cars. The same dull ones we see everyday; typical silver cars. It was weird seeing the Ford drive here, and I had a bad hunch about.
Mila and I continued walking to school. We reached a while later.
As we were about to enter the school compound, I heard a car come up behind. The smell of its exhaust swam up my nose. I turned around to take a glimpse and there I saw it. The same Shelby Cobra. He just parked his car and glanced at me. I stopped walking and observed. He's staring. He's staring right in my eyes. He smirked a smirk that brought the ants up my spine. I broke off the eye contact and made my way inside.
